21°C sind nicht nur kalt, sondern EISIG kalt. Gestern waren wir im Einkaufszentrum und in dem einen Raum hatten sie die Klimaanlage auf 21°C eingestellt. Das war richtig kalt. Wir haben alle gefroren und hatten Gänsehaut. Schlussendlich habe ich einen Mitarbeiter gefragt, ob sie die Klimaanlage wärmer einstellen können. Er hat sie dann auf 26°C eingestellt. Das war dann angenehm. Obwohl wir nicht mehr gefroren haben, hatten die eisigen Temperaturen trotzdem ihre Wirkung: ich habe Halsweh und meine Nase ist zu. Na toll.
69°F is not just cold, it’s FREEZING cold. Yesterday we were in a mall and in one of the rooms the air-condition was set on 69°F. It was really cold. We were all freezing, having goose-bumps. After a while I asked the staff if they could turn it up a little. He did so and turned it on 78°F. That was a lot better. Although we weren’t freezing anymore, the first freezing temperature had it’s effects: I now have a sore throat and a stuffy nose. Great.
